All purchases are shipped through UPS

  • All domestic purchases are given a tracking number for shoppers to be able to track their package's delivery date. 
  • 2-3 business days is the processing time and does not include the shipping time.
  • 3-5 business days is the shipping time and does not include processing time. 
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

THANK YOU FOR YOUR BUSINESS! We hope you love your purchase but we understand that sometimes it just doesn’t work out!  Here’s what you need to know if that’s your case. 

All returns must be received *within 14 days* of the date of delivery. Returns are for Store Credit only. Items should be undamaged, unwashed, unworn with tags and returned in their original clear bags where possible.

All items must be shipped and postmarked within 14 calendar days of being delivered. Returns are for Store Credit only. Shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We are not responsible for any packages lost or missing in the shipping process.

All Seasonal + Holiday Items, Sale Items, Jewelry + Accessories, Eyewear + Hair Accessories, Home + Gift Items

Discounted merchandise including flash sales, holiday sales, celebration sales, or any other type of discount will not be accepted if returned.
